How do I know it works?

That's the question every one wants answered before they put their hard earned money into something, right? When I look on the Internet it seems everyone has something to sell. But how does one separate the good from the bad?

Nutritional supplements are coming out constantly and are promising to cure people of just about any disease imaginable. The latest fruit based product or vitamin or even drug are all being touted as the cure all, end all. Most of these products are effective to a point, and that is because they do not cover the entire spectrum of what the body needs to be completely nourished.

Our bodies are like engines, you could call them meat engines and like any other engine they need fuel. However as I discussed in the first part of my blog, the fuel we are being offered today is of little value to our bodies. So what happens? In many cases people start to over eat, trying to get enough fuel in their bodies to make up for the deficiency. Sugar cravings start because it an easy energy source for the body. But sugar has a big downfall, it is devoid of nutrients and so the body never gets fed and it craves more sugar just to keep it operating.

Have you noticed the numbers of people becoming obese in the society? I have noticed it as I travel a lot and go to a lot of restaurants. I am seeing more and more obese men and women at very young ages.I have watched how they eat and have seen people at buffets filling an entire dinner plate with the desserts offered on the bar. Not just one but two and even six different desserts.

Now what if the foods these people were consuming actually had some nutrient content in them? Bodies which are well nourished do not need to over eat. They become satisfied, the body has the energy to get up and move.

There is another aspect to this non nutritious food we are being sold and that is toxins. Foods that can't be assimilated into the body become waste and waste produces toxins, especially if it can not be gotten rid of properly by the body. If you look at it logically a body which doesn't want to move and is eating food that has very little nutrients in it will hold on to the food in an attempt to leach out what nutrition it can from the food consumed. It has to in order to stay alive. Conversely a body which is being fed good nutrition will utilize those nutrients and dispose of any unusable waste.

Is there a solution? Yes. How about a nutritional product that has been minimally processed and contains all the nutrients in an assimilable form and is good tasting to boot? Look at the sample page there and get youself some inexpensive samples to see how this product tastes and works. Find out more at www.urilife.net/lbeattie
